School of Plastic Arts

At the School of Plastic Arts of San Juan, we transformed the library with mahogany and acrylic partition walls, designed custom bookshelves, and manufactured acrylic shields for the administrative offices. Our approach combines aesthetics and functionality, creating elegant spaces. all while prioritizing the preservation of this building's historical integrity.
Interior Wine Cava

3CON designed and built a wine cellar, focusing on optimal storage conditions. The custom built shelves and climate control system ensures the perfect environment for the preservation of wine.

We remodeled the Torres Rosa Consulting Engineers office interior, creating new divisions, installing doors and frames, and crafting custom work desks. The conference room was also updated for a modern, professional look.

CABINET MAKING
Walk-In Closet
Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico
3CON, Inc. fabricated and installed a walk-in closet using 3/4" .55 PVC and laminate materials. The design included custom drawers, hangers, and shelving, maximizing storage and organization with a sleek finish.
San Antonio Residential Kitchens

For an affordable residential complex, we fabricated 7 modern kitchens in PVC and laminate, equipped with cabinets, drawers, workstations, countertops, and sinks. Our work offers a perfect balance between style and functionality.
Vanity and Wall Cabinet
Location: Guaynabo , Puerto Rico
This sink with a cabinet is designed for cleaning areas, made of 3/4" PVC (0.55" thick) for enhanced moisture resistance. The stainless steel sink featured two siphons for efficient drainage.
The lower cabinet (54" wide x 28" high) provides ample storage, while the upper cabinet (36" wide x 30" high) maximizes space. A side compartment is included for brooms and mops, keeping everything organized.This design combines functionality, durability, and easy maintenance, making it ideal for service spaces.
RTA Kitchen Assembly and Installation
